U8s RUGBY

TEAM INFORMATION

The U8s play Tag Rugby where a tackle is made by removing one of the Velcro tags from around the waist of the ball carrier. This is a non-contact form of rugby and there are no scrums, line outs or kicks of any kind. The coaching emphasis is on individual player development, having fun and full participation for all players.

 To be eligible for the U8s, players must be aged 7 on 31st August 2026 – Year 3 at school. If you are interested in playing for the U8s or require further details, please contact the Team Manager or Team Coach for details.

Training sessions are Wednesday evenings from 6.00, match days are Sunday 10.00am home or away.
